This notice describes the Pascal marketing website and its contact controls. Customer workspaces, connected business systems and contracted services are subject to their own agreements and privacy information.
1. Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email and area of interest. Company and message are optional. When you submit the form, the website sends these details to Pascal’s contact inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use your inquiry to respond and discuss your needs.
Confirmation means our email provider accepted the submission; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Please keep passwords, access keys and sensitive customer or personal information out of an initial inquiry.
2. Technical information and hosting
Hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times. The public website is hosted on Vercel. Some previews use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers describe their practices in the Vercel Privacy Notice, OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
A restricted preview may ask you to sign in through its hosting provider. That sign-in is separate from creating a Pascal customer account. Links to other websites and email applications are governed by those services' own practices.
3. Cookies and analytics
The current Pascal website does not add advertising pixels, cross-site marketing trackers or an analytics collection service. Hosting or sign-in services may use storage necessary for delivery, security and authentication. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; restricting necessary storage may affect a signed-in preview.
4. Contact-form storage
This website has no database of contact-form entries. Submitted details are processed by Resend and retained in our contact inbox so we can respond. Email and hosting providers manage their records under their applicable policies. See the Resend Privacy Policy. Contact us to request deletion of an inquiry.
5. Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing the contact form and choose what to include in a message. For a privacy question about the website or an inquiry, email shawki@bitsinfra.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Any privacy rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Security, children and updates
The site is intended for a business audience and does not invite children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. To report a security concern, use the security contact pathand describe the affected page without including secrets or other people's data.
We will update this notice when the website's practices change and show the revised date above. Material changes to data collection should be reflected here before they are introduced.
