Software Factory: intent to reviewed application — 150-second product walkthrough

00:00–00:10 — Open Solutions in Meridian Logistics. Create Meridian Software Factory with the outcome “Turn approved operating changes into tested software with human release review,” the audience Meridian Operations, Engineering and Compliance, and a decision date of 20 August 2026.

00:10–00:22 — Submit the complete request for an intake queue, a requirement-to-test map, implementation Tasks, independent review, previews and human-controlled release. Build the Meridian software factory appears beneath the new Solution Project.

00:22–00:34 — Compare Current and Target in the Solution diagram. Inspect Implementation Task and Release decision. Tasks implement the changes while the existing product owners retain their checks, approval, build and release responsibilities.

00:34–00:45 — Open the eight lithium requirements. LT-04 requires current compliance approval: pending, denied and revoked approval block tendering. LT-08 covers recovery without duplicate writes. Each requirement retains its test reference and the source port bulletin.

Missing approval keeps publication disabled; an expected revision of 99 conflicts with current revision 1 and leaves the source unchanged. The report retains the exact source digest and linked preview checks.

01:22–01:34 — In Browser, select This task. Open Add lithium tender controls, its requirements, pending reviewers and linked Logistics Exception Desk preview. Maya Chen and Jordan Lee remain pending; Publish operating change is disabled.

01:34–01:48 — Review the source diff and choose Apply changes. Pascal checks the current project revision and records the applied source. Browser’s Current project stage shows the distinct applied-source preview. Application activation remains a separate decision.

01:48–01:58 — Inspect the completed build, seven application check results and immutable Factory Control 1.0.0 release candidate. Each refers to the same applied source and version.

01:58–02:08 — Open the independent engineering review recorded by Alex Rivera. Request activation of that accepted source and build in meridian-logistics. Maya Chen reviews the exact application scope and chooses Approve once. The confirmation covers Factory Control, while the lithium operating rule still requires its own reviews.

02:08–02:18 — Open Factory Control from application navigation and reload. Version 1.0.0 is active. The queue retains Add lithium tender controls, Explain carrier fallback choice and Show telemetry freshness.

02:18–02:26 — Open the lithium work item’s Review tab and its linked review Task. Maya Chen in Operations and Jordan Lee in Compliance remain pending. Return to Factory Control with the work item and its context retained.

02:26–02:30 — Finish with the active Factory Control application and its linked work queue. The application is available; the lithium operating change remains awaiting review.
